Online Merchandise and In Person Events
At YES to the Book, Inc., we’re committed to offering our customers shopping convenience, exceptional service and an exciting product selection at competitive prices.
YES TO THE BOOK PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY:
If an item is further reduced in price within 2 hours of when you purchased it, we’ll refund the difference in price when you present your original receipt. You may also present your order number and we’ll look it up. You can request a price adjustment by contacting us here.
UNDERSTANDING OUR PRICING:
Products and prices offered online and during an in person YES event may be different.
For example:

A t-shirt may be priced differently at an in person YES event than on www.yestothebook.com and www.yestothebook.org.
Similarly, promotional offers (such as coupons and additional discounts) offered at one may not be used at others.

In certain cases, a coupon offered at an in person YES event may not be applied toward purchases on www.yestothebook.com and www.yestothebook.org.

Promo codes, free shipping offers and bonuses on www.yestothebook.com and www.yestothebook.org may not be applied toward an in person YES event purchase.

In addition, the prices and products offered for shipping to our international customers may differ from those offered on the US www.yestothebook.com and www.yestothebook.org site. These differences, in part, reflect the additional costs associated with international shipping.
For your shopping convenience, YES to the Book Gift Cards and E-Gift Certificates may be purchased and redeemed in any YES to the Book in person YES event and/or online at www.yestothebook.com and www.yestothebook.org.
WHAT OUR PRICES AND TERMS MEAN:
“Regular” (REG.) and “Original” (ORIG.) prices are offering prices. That means we offered the merchandise on www.yestothebook.com/www.yestothebook.org at those prices; however, we may not have sold the item at that price. So, the savings we show from regular prices may not be based on actual sales of the item.
Sales apply to selected items only. For example, if we say “T-Shirts on Sale,” it will include many items, but not all T-Shirts. If everything in the identified category is included, we say “all” (e.g. “All T-Shirts on Sale”).
In some cases, we may advertise an item as on sale for an event, but then decide to permanently reduce the price of that item based on sales performance. In those cases, the item will remain at a reduced price.
When we use the terms "Closeout,” "Clearance,” "Now,” "Permanent Markdown” or "Just Reduced,” it means the item has been permanently reduced and will not return to the original price. That happens, for example, if we trying to clear out inventory (a clearance or closeout sale) or if we’ve permanently reduced the price of an item based on sales performance.
Though unusual, some ”Original” (ORIG.) prices may not have been in effect during the past 90 days. That may happen for items on clearance. Also, intermediate price reductions may have been taken.
For example, if an item is on clearance, we may keep reducing the price until we deplete our inventory. It might start at 25% off, and then proceed to 40%, 50% or more.
“Orig/Now,” "Clearance,” "Closeout" and "Special Purchase" offers are limited to stock on hand and are available only while supplies last. Supplies may be limited because the item is often being cleared from inventory and will not be re-ordered, or because we have obtained a limited supply of an item to offer as a special purchase. When we offer such merchandise online, as you might expect, we often experience a high volume of orders. When that happens, our real-time inventory system sometimes is not able to keep up with demand, and we may have to cancel certain orders after they are accepted. We apologize for any inconvenience should this occur with your order.
When we refer to “if purchased separately” pricing for a set (e.g., bundle package), the “if purchased separately” savings are based on regular prices of the individual items that make up the set; actual savings will be less if those items are on sale.
While we try to ensure accuracy, we reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions, and to cancel or refuse to accept any order based on an incorrect price or description. Such corrections may be made even after an order is accepted.

SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES
YES to the Book, Inc. offers a “Month to Month” or “monthly” subscription in which customers are billed each month on a reoccurring basis (“Monthly Subscriptions") and subscription incentive deals (“Special Subscription and Incentive Deals”). Each type of subscription is discussed in detail below, including their terms and cancellation information. If you have a question about your subscription, please email contact@yestothebook.org.
YES to the Book, Inc. also offers non-subscription based purchases, including YES apparel, YES to the Book Gift Cards and E-Gift Certificates and deal purchases (“Limited Deal Purchase”).

ALL SUBSCRIPTIONS REBILL AUTOMATICALLY IN THEIR PROVIDED INTERVAL, AND BY PURCHASING THESE SUBSCRIPTIONS, YOU PROVIDE CONSENT FOR REOCCURRING CHARGES UNDER YOUR ACCOUNT.
Continuous Services Agreement:

By purchasing a Monthly Subscription, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation.
YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY EXTENDED FOR SUCCESSIVE MONTHLY PERIODS AND YOUR PAYMENT METHOD WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CHARGED FOR EACH SUCCESSIVE MONTHLY PERIOD AT THE THEN-CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION RATE. IF YOU CHOOSE TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION (AT ANY TIME), LOGIN TO YOUR ACCOUNT AND CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION. IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE, PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE TO CONTACT YES TO THE BOOK, INC. AT CONTACT@YESTOTHEBOOK.ORG.
You will be provided with means of tracking your cancellation email by an auto-generated ticketing system, which will be stated as “Your Request” followed by a unique number, also referred to as a “Ticked ID.” You may be asked to confirm your cancellation in writing. If you are asked to confirm your cancellation, you must express in writing that you would like to cancel your subscription. If you cancel your subscription, you may use your subscription until the end of your then-current subscription term.
Please note that if you sign up for a Monthly Subscription, YES to the Book, Inc. will submit monthly charges to the payment method you used to set up your Monthly Subscription without further authorization from you, until you provide prior notice that you have terminated this authorization or wish to change your payment method. Such notice will not affect charges submitted before YES to the Book, Inc. reasonably could act.

Special Subscription and Incentive Deals:
YES to the Book, Inc. will offer Special Subscription Incentive Deals. These Special Subscription Incentive Deals may include a free box or a discount for purchasing one month at the full or otherwise stated discount price. In order to receive the Special Subscription Incentive Deal, you are obligated to pay for the incentive (if applicable) and one month at the full or otherwise stated discounted price (the “Incentive Obligation Period”). After the Incentive Obligation Period expires, you can cancel any time after that obligation is fulfilled by accessing your YES to the Book account and cancelling the subscription. If you do not cancel your subscription after the Incentive Obligation Period, your subscription will be automatically extended each month and your payment method will automatically be charged for each successive month at the full or otherwise stated discount price. After the Incentive Obligation Period expires, the Special Subscription Inventive Deal will be governed by the “Continuous Services Agreement” section of these terms.

One-time purchases:
One time purchases are not considered subscriptions and are final. You cannot cancel a one time purchase and the fee is non-refundable. One time purchases are offered at in person YES events and online under the “Merchandise” section located on the www.yestothebook.com and www.yestothebook.org website.
Limited Deal Purchases:
For Limited Deal Purchases, also known as Special Deal Purchases, is a onetime purchase at the stated price. There will not be a subscription associated with this purchase and once paid for in full, the purchasers obligation has ended. This is NOT a subscription. You cannot cancel a Special Deal Purchase once purchased and the fee is non-refundable.

We reserve the right to revoke your subscription at any time as a result of a violation of these Terms or the Privacy Policy. Membership is void where prohibited by law.
